Architect Inspector - Quality Inspector Review approved architectural drawings, specifications, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution on site. Monitor construction activities including blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, marble works, ceilings, painting, façade finishes, joinery, aluminum works, and landscaping interfaces. v Provide designs, preparing drawings, statements of work, and project cost estimates for their respective discipline.
v
Compile and integrate work of other disciplines into the project
design documentation.
v
Perform design work for new construction, renovations, and
improvement projects for real property facilities and utility systems
v
Interpret and adapt traditional methods and approaches in
developing design calculations, layouts, drawings, and specifications that
support project objectives and standards.
v
Provide civil design services including preparation of
civil/site work drawings, structural evaluations and designs, airfield
pavements, and water/sewer/stormwater designs based on existing local utilities
and facility load and use.
v
Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for
design review and project mobilization as necessary
v
Comply with health, safety, and environmental rules and
procedures and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work
environment
v
Performing construction management duties including reviewing
construction documents and submittals, performing and documenting daily
inspections, and assisting with project punch lists.
v
Perform other qualified duties as assigned
