Conduct daily inspections of architectural and finishing works for villa construction projects. Monitor construction activities including blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, marble works, ceilings, painting, façade finishes, joinery, aluminum works, and landscaping interfaces. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and local authority regulations. Participate in mock-up inspections and ensure approvals prior to proceeding with bulk finishing works. There are various meanings of Quality Assurance and Quality Control but here are the best I've been able to find and best fit for us as QA/QC Engineers in the Construction Industry. 

  • Quality Assurance (QA):- 
    • All planned and systematic activities implemented within the quality system, and demonstrated as needed, to provide adequate confidence that an entity will fulfill requirements for quality.

  • Quality Control (QC):- 
    • An operational technique and activities that are used to fulfill requirements for quality.
